Currently its a 5:1 ratio about.  Mets placed fire punch as a 1d15 and it has power 75 in the game.  So roughly your attacks would...

Revenge: 1d15
Rest: doesn't need dice.
Mach Punch: 1d10
Rock Slide: 1d15
Glory is fleeting, but obscurity is forever.

Revenge is marked with a power of 60, which is doubled if the user was attacked beforehand. I had "1d12, 1d25 if user was attacked" for my pokémon's Revenge. If we keep with the ratio, Mach Punch is a 1d8 attack.

yeah, but we usually keep dice rolls to a 5 increment meter.  12 and 8 just look odd.

...However, there are official dice for 8 and 12 sides, not so for 15.
