I've had a few ideas for an RP world, maybe they'll please everybody who knows. Pretty much the setting is a modern-ish world, but you can have elements of fantasy and futuristic type things. You can be whatever, but an explanation of how you plan to do thing might be necessary. For instance if you're not human you might want to explain how you plan to blend in and not get attacked by or scared by normal NPCs. I don't know about you but if I saw a robot/cyborg type being or a walking skeleton, I would freak the fuck out and probably run. Pretty much the general idea is that all the characters we create are apart of a giant corporation that has many jobs for its employees, like go fix this at this place, go find this fugitive, go inspect this weird occurrence, or try out this new invention which would send you somewhere and you have to get back. We all have communicators, or some headquarters that allows us to communicate and it also all links us together for the reason to doing our task. Also this leads to how new characters come into an already existing story they called you and meet up with the group at the next location, and missing members could just stay back and possibly catch up later too.
When the mission is complete you get ranked and paid accordingly, and with that money you can buy upgraded weapons, armor, food, medkits, spare parts, or whatever. For long missions, when you’re in towns you could shop for stuff or try to make a little extra cash some other way like street performing, but you won’t make as much money as if you would complete a job. Staying the night at a hotel or Inn would restore all stats to max, but it would cost money too.
I like the idea of PP to do special abilities. However I think maybe once you use ability enough times successfully it levels up. Either it does more damage or costs less PP, or does more damage, or something that’s reasonable.
I’m not sire if there should be AP, DP, or XP. Maybe we could instigate this, but I’m haven’t thought much about it. Maybe we can keep the Garshak’s idea of 100XP and level up sounds pretty good where then you can upgrade a stat.

I'm not sure where this should go, but here:

Corpvill: A small city near Delta City. It didn't always have a name, since the locals don't like visitors that much, and perfer to be hard to find, but after Corpville Furniture Corp moved in, their name kind of stuck to the place. Although modern technology is used here, it's generaly to expensive to fit withen the town's budget, although many speculate that it could if several officials whose salarys cannot be disclosed would be reduced. In addition to this, there is a strict limit of building height, to perserve the skyline. The lack of tall buildings cause most people refer to Corpville as a town, dispite the fact that it's population is high enough for it to be considred a city. A lot of landscaping and constuction goes on here, due to an odd proccess: Farmland is bought out to be made into suburbs, which is torn down to make room for strip malls, which are eventualy abandoned, overgrown, torn down, farmland, ect... Little wilderness exists close to the city, exept for a few public parks, and the scattered groups of trees. Due to the expensiveness of liquor licenses, there are few resteraunts aside from fast food places, and even fewer bars.

Jesus, I just got smacked by a wall of text.

I GUESS I'LL THROW MY TWO CENTS IN TOO.

New Williamshire: A small village located on the edges of Spider Woods and the borded that divides Risus and Delta City. Being on the fringes of two completely different societies, it has become a mixture of Medieval and Modern-day technology, turning into what resembles a 16th and 17th century town. It is a very dangerous place to live, being on the fringe of Spider Woods, and is constantly the victom of attacks from the creatures of the woods that wander into the village at night.

MORE TO PROBABLY NEVER COME BUT IT MIGHT

FINALLY GEEZE!

the whole world i made was suppose to be buildable to whatever everyone could imagine.  I wanted people to think up new and exotic places but everyone kept stayiong in the two areas i made up.

Iv'e been planning to scrape the whole money for missons thing.  Too many people would go "CAN I SELL THIS?" or "CAN I GET MORE MONEY ON THIS MISSION?"  Vito's skill increase finally gives me an idea, we will turn the mission money into skill points so you can put it in your skills to power them up. So, normal fighting exp give's Level up's which go to stats for AP, DP, PP, HP only where as Skill points are earned from mission success rate and power up your skills.  How does that sound?
Glory is fleeting, but obscurity is forever.

Sounds fine and dandy, but how many skill points per rank, how many needed to power up the skill, etc.?

Also:

Tengoku: A snowy kingdom in the mountains to the far north. Resembling a 14th-century japanese kingdom, it has pretty good connections with the Kingdom of Risus. They celebrate Geshiten, on the Summer Solstice, on which they fire off pyrotechnics and have an enormous festival. Lord Noriyuki, the sovereign of the kingdom, is a kind and magnanimous man. The people of Tengoku are very compassionate and are skilled workers.

The Variant - I have no description because I'm retarded.

I like the Skill Point idea, but will the three skills I have have already burned up my 275 Skill Points?

I have an idea for two new realms:

Lemur Woods: The biggest, and oldest forest in the world, it houses a species called the Lemurs. Though small in size, they know many forms of martial arts. There culture is like that of a ninja, silent and honor based. They live in 12th century Chinesse houses. However the forest and the Lemurs are in danger, devolopment is destroying the Lemur villages and forests.

Tunarion: A land of sun and sand, it is home to the Tunarions. They are much like the ancient Egyptions, only slightly more advanced. They have built many wonders, including the great pyramids of Tunarion, the Temple of King Xlyvanios II, and of course the great city Bah'zum ahy.

What do ya think?

And another one that I made up a while ago.

Bitter End: Far past the mountains and the ice plateau to the north, there is a sheer drop to a frozen ocean. Like a frozen waterworks, this miracle of natural art is a sight to behold. Waterfalls of ice, crystalline caverns, and other frozen formations give the place an air of wondrous mystery. However, the severe subzero temperatures are so great that only dragons are capable of living there. The Variant is the last person to have been acquainted with these dragons, but a dispute led to his eventual expulsion.

MAYBE I'LL THINK OF ONE THAT'S NOT ABOUT ICE.

3 more I thought of:

Durrostak: A land of coniferus forests and icy lakes, it is home to a strict government. The people are very strict and loyal to the laws of the land, and it has been like this for 200 years. The government is like Communisom, only much more strict. Citizens cant leave homes without filling out several papers and showing their I.D. They are ruled by Czar Puniso, leader for 30 years. The police arent that friendly either and it is home to the worlds most inhumane prisons

Alop: An island in the middle of the Eastern sea, the land is home to two tribes. One is the Zalanndar tribe, a docile, shamanistic race. They worship the moon goddes Alpoic, which the island is name after. Then there is the Blackaxe tribe, a hostile, supersticious race. They have dark mystics and Shadow priests. They worship their leader Gertear Blackaxe, there chieftan. He is worshipped because he proclaims to be son of Portol, the god of war and Fetwer, the goddes of chaos. They both share an uneasy truce, but that may soon come to an end

Icefrot: An icy wasteland, home to the Immortal Army. The land is riddled with bases, outposts, camps, and command centers of the army. In the heart of the land lies Frosthammer Fortress, home to Vlad Topic Frosthammer. He was once a great general in Risus, he was decommishend when he slew a village of Tengokuens for no reason. Now using evil magics he has raised an army of skelotons, specters, death knights, and Liches. However in that fortress also lies Frosthammer's elite guard, The nine Horsemen of Necromancy. He now lies in wait to attack on an unsuspecting world.

Now Prox isnt the only ice land maker.
