If anyone here actually uses Opera and has noticed problems with embedded Youtube videos, I figured out why, and made a UserJS script to fix it.

Here's the script.  You'll prolly want to right-click/save-as.  Create the directory "C:\UserJS" and put the script in there; that's the default location Opera looks in.  And that's it!

Here's an example video to test it with.  Try it before and after, and let me know if it halps, or if you notice any problems.

I heard tale that some folks don't have a UserJS directory set by default.  I don't recall if I set mine or if it already was.

In any case, go to Tools, Preferences, then go to the Advanced tab.  From there, go to the Content section, click Javascript Options, and type in "c:\userjs" in the My Javascript Files blank (minus the quotes).  Or you can pick whatever other directory you want if you prefer, then put the script I made into there.

Ackshully here's a more optimized version of the script I fixed up in order to submit it to http://www.userjs.org .  You should baleet the old one from your UserJS directory before using this one, because who knows what would happen otherwise . . !
