Gettin SDL to play nice with Dev C++

Fyber does your setup work already? I'd be willing to download the complete shebang from you to stop banging my head against whats going on with my copy of it  right now. Besides It can't be THAT large a file, specially if you zip it up.

hillarious

FyberOptic:
WELP, I think what you need to do is download that beta version of Dev-C++.  Then you can use the built-in package manager thinger to download the SDL devpack specifically for it.  It's not the most up-to-date version of SDL, but it'll work fine for what you're wantin to do at the moment.  It even installs an SDL template, so when you create a new project, you can select that, and it'll have a bunch of barebones code for using it.  I hadn't used that method though for an actual project, but I assume it works if they put it there.

Boris:
plus yours is 180 MB I hear, lollll

FyberOptic:
It's a fatass, I tell you.

Boris:
Just so you know, your plan worked perfectly. Now I need to get to actually doin something with this.
