^___^

The camera doesn't even begin to pick up the rich blue color and intensity of the LED, but it looks pretty awesome compared to that dim red thing they put in by default.

I can imagine, the blue LED's on my PC case front are way the hell overpowered. I had to put some metallic tape over them to block it out so as to be able to sleep at night. Might work for some nice active device like the NES there though.

lol my computer has blue LED light in a ring around the power button, which irritates my brother at night time to the point that it's one of the reasons I turn the thing off every night.  It'll literally light up part of the room, it's so bright.  I'll have to wait till tonight to see if the NES one is the same.

lol @ lighting up room.  The camera don't work so good in such low light, though.

Also, I cleaned that shiznit off the casing that I happened to notice standing out in the first picture.  Now it's perdy and clean.

NEXT MOD?  I'd like to get some ultrabright greens and put them up inside the cartridge area where you can't see'em, but when you open the door, green light floods out.  But considering they're about a buck fifty a pop, that might have to wait.

lol hay, I realized that the blue light on the wall looks like Voyager.  The roundish part at the bottom is a roll of masking tape, but it looks like the deflector dish.  And the blue all along the window sill looks like its forward hull, if only it were a bit more rounded on the right side.
