Subdomains...

Well, I got this problem where I'm sposed to be hosted on a subdomain of a website. The problem is that the resolveability of the subdomain keep going up and down for some people. Others can't even access it once. It might be the webhost is of poor quality, but it could be sometin else. Any idea what to do?
