RP

RP often short for Role Plays or Role Playing is a term that goes way beyond Fybertech. This is a common internet activity where people will play characters in an adventure or interactive fiction like setting, ususally sheparded by one storyteller or GM.

In the Fybertech scope, RP's refer to one of three types of games. A fybertech member-characters game wherein people stick roughly to what their characters can do in the traditional Fybertech setting. Random character games, wherein people usually, but not always use their member characters but exagerate the powers or make up things on the spot, and structured RPs, usually run by Boris Armature or Gospel in which players create a new character based on setting and feelings.

Gospel runs the best storytelling in RP's and seems to be able to plan quite generally ahead of time for eventualities and how to avoid drift without railroading

Boris runs the best technical RP's, and is current still experimenting with a simoltaneous turns combat engine and expanding it to other aspects like scouting, traps, decision making, etc.
