But yeah, Sci-fi channel rarely manages to make anything worth a poop.  Even Battlestar Galactica has its typical Sci-fi channel "ugh" moments from time to time, but I just continue to watch it since I've gotten this far into it.  It wouldn't matter if Sci-fi got a license to make a Star Trek series, I'm sure they'd fuck that up too.

Might have worked if they'd made Ming more similar to modern-day asian tyrants, but trying to undo the whole chinese-villain vibe of MING THE MERCILESS definitely earns a flop point.


...by the way, I haven't seen the show myself, suspecting it sucked like everything else currently on TV. So yeah, I'm not qualified to badmouth it(not that that stops the rest of the internet...).

An entire computer capable of running XP crammed into a classic Gameboy.  Now if it only had a screen, too.

Stranded II.  A neat little game I started playing, where you get stuck on an island and have to survive by finding food and making tools/weapons.

I normally wouldn't post casual news about a game, but since Bioshock rubbed me the wrong way, here's more news that only makes it worse.

And here's a Bioshock graphics comparison between DirectX 9 and 10 versions.
