Colorize an Image
« on: January 07, 2006, 06:16:20 pm »
If you've ever had a black & white image you wanted to add some color to, you can always do it using the manual method.  Mind you that the same method can be adapted to work in both Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro.

Maybe you don't have those programs, though.  Or maybe you want it done a bit quicker.  In that case, check out Recolored, which will basically do all the work for you!  Just select some areas of a photo with the color you want it to be, and then it applies fairy magic, leaving you with a perdy picture.  Sometimes it might be a bit too colorful, but with some tweaking, you can get some pretty great results.

If anyone recolors some old photos or whatever, feel free to post'em here for everyone to check out.
