Title: Oh My Spore

A recent interview with Will Wright (http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/spore/707976p1.html). 

He mentions that the game will prolly be out April or May 2007.  I WANT IT NOWWW.  He also mentions that the game will be available on stuff like cell phones, however that will work, but that it'll initially be released for PC. 

And when asked about the PS3 price, he says he's rooting for Nintendo.  :D

Anyway, I don't think we had a Spore topic yet, but we prolly needed one, since I'm sure more and more media is gonna come out.

I can safely say that if Spore was going to be released for the PS3, I'd gladly pay 600 dollars for the damn thing just so I could play spore~~

By the way, Will Wright said somewhere that Spore was partially inspired by that movie Powers of Ten.

Because it's such a great sounding game on paper, and from i hear it's a great playing game in life!

also, it was repeatedly voted "best game of E3" by independent newspapers in my city and in Salt Lake City. And as we know, those mormons love their video games...! (http://www.google.com/trends?q=video+games)

Pretty much you start as a singe cell, grow larger, make a water organism, go to land, reproduce, go tribal, build citys, destroy others, and rule the universe.

Whenever I see the graphics, I worry that I'll never be able to run it considering how cpu intensive it will probably be as well.

Since the trial Creature Creator was leaked, I direct anyone who hasn't seen it to the Fychan topic (http://www.fybertech.com/fychan/index.cgi?action=view&id=1509) where we've been putting some crazy critters.

It's officially released on the 17th by the way, and can then be downloaded from their site.
