Obviously there's a new layout on the site, and a different news system to go along with it, allowing comments. I figured I'd switch things around, partially since the old news window was so small, and because I thought I might start posting tech-related news more often just to give the site some content. We'll see how it works out.
Some folks have complained about the animated "Latest News" thing, so I'm curious to hear everyone's opinion to see if I should dump the animation.
And if for any reason you might need to, you can still get to the old news (http://www.fybertech.com/index.cgi?page=oldindex) by the way.
Feel free to leave comments or suggestions about the layout, since I may not even stick with it..!

I like the look of the new layout, although the old one was neat too. The bigger news space is a lot better than the giant cog, but it dosn't realy matter to me if the buttons are the sides or top. The latest news animation isn't annoying, but it does seem a little out of place. It would be cool if the little green cogs spun though.

I think if you changed the way it moves around, it would look better. Like, having it move side to side instead of in and out.

Maybe if the Latest news moved together so it didn't make you feel cross eyed.

I made quite a few more changes to the layout. WHATCHA THINK?
Many other pages will need updating to reflect the color changes, but I aint worried about those till I get a general look down.
