Title: Gadgetfest
Post by: FyberOptic on January 07, 2006, 06:23:41 pm
Since I'm always finding all sorts of tech links, I thought I might start posting them here, that way I can post more interesting stuff that not everyone might be as interested in without cluttering up the main linkfest topic.

To start with, somebody cracked open their optical mouse and used it to create a "ghetto hand scanner" (http://sprite.student.utwente.nl/~jeroen/projects/mouseeye/).

And a lot of this is possibly over my head too, but here's a list of algorithms and other such things (http://www.algosort.com/) one might need for programming something.

I strongly believe that a forum topic is all that is needed to make the grade as far as link-posting goes.
