I remember seeing this at my lcs. Even though it's imitating the Scott Pilgrim art style, it actually looks drawn better. Scott Pilgrim would've gotten my interest if it had a touch of anatomy like this style.

I.. Kind of agree with you. It's like someone took the neat, unique stuff of Scott Pilgrim's style (big round eyes, huge round pupils, wide round grins with individual teeth, simplistic body design) and injected some drawing ability into it.

Of course it flounders a little when the artist starts to copy Scott's mistakes in an attempt to copy the style too strictly, but it's not half bad.
