They aren't supposed to be "Perfect"; they're supposed to fix the problems Coraline had with each of them individually. Coraline thought Wybie was self-centered, inattentive, timid, and weak. So, Other Wybe was selfless, always looking for what was best for Coraline, much more sociable, and braver.
